Hellkom - a leopard cannot change its spots

Firstly, induced into contracting on a material and repeated misrepresentation that the phone was LTE compatible on Telkom network when this is not the case. Secondly, porting is supposed to take a maximum of 48 hours, which is already unduly long in the 21st century. However, 4 DAYS LATER MY NUMBER IS STILL NOT PORTED! If you call Telkom they refuse to assist telling you to 'go to the store'! This is TOTALLY unacceptable. Do they think we can all drop everything, repeatedly travel to the Waterfront pay a whack for parking all in the hope that the issue will be resolved? NEWS FLASH FOR TELKOM: SOME OF US ACTUALLY WORK! Learn from my mistake DO NOT PORT TO TELKOM - AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE AS NOTHING HAS CHANGED IN THIS INCOMPETENT ORGANISATION.
