I have a Smart Contract 1 with Telkom Mobile.
On 31 October 2013 around 11am my sim card stopped working without warning. I MAY LOOSE PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS AS A RESULT and I will never even find out. I know cellphone providers provide their service on a "best effort" basis. Imagine how inconvenient it would have been if this happened while travelling.
I logged case number 6889142 with the call center who says it may take up to 3 business days to resolve.
THEIR SYSTEMS SHOULD NEVER ALLOW SOMETHING LIKE THIS TO HAPPEN IN THE FIRST PLACE.
