Sim card not working

I started a 15G data contract with 8ta in March, it was loaded with the pro rated amount for the remaining days in March. In April the sim card was not loaded with data and I need this sim card for my business. I have called the call center and they said the sim card is registered as a pre paid sim and that they couldn't help me. I went to telkom clearwater and they said they will try and fix it but when I called the call center again it was still registered as a pre-paid. I have e-mailed telkom and I just need someone who will sort this out for me because I cant get joy from from the call center or the shop. Please help.
