On the 8th of August our companies'' 8ta contract stopped working. According to the sms I received the phone stopped working because they didn't receive a payment. That is however impossible since we have a debit order. This is a company cellphone and the lady whose cellphone it is haven't been able to use the phone since august. We have repeatedly been to the Menlyn 8ta branch and phoned and emailed them. This is unacceptable and I will never recommend Telkom mobile to anyone due to this terrible service we received.
