Hi I ordered a phone on Saturday a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 I have not received a phone call or an email to confirm that I qualify for the sale and they said that I would have the phone within 5 working days tomorrow is the 5th day and still nothing. I didn't go to mtn, Vodacom or cell c because my mother has been with telkom for over20 years and thought I would receive the same service but clearly not. And I see all the complaints about online deliveries and that people's accounts get debited but they don't even have the phones I surely hope that will not be happening to me.
