On the 14 th of October my Mobile number was disconnected by Nistake by Telkom Mobile They admitted to the mistake but it has been 17 days since this happened and I am still not back on. Their billing department apparently thinks I owe them money but I am actually in credit. Absolutely no feedback from then and I have to phone them to just hear a new story every time. I am an Estate agent and their mistake has cost me thousands.
