After the last complaint which was never resolved i decided to pay the outstanding balance on the account, because things were not explained to me properly i did not not do a sim swap and have not use their service for almost a year, nevertheless i paid for the amount that was "owing " and guess what the airtime lost is my fault.

i don't think i will ever do business with this company I'm really disappointed
