Cell C
Billing - for an paid up account

Hi,

I had a contract with Cell C, about a year into the contract i was retrenched from my Job. I then started working/ let me say help out at my Uncle's construction company, and got paid every second week. I explained to Cell C i can only pay them half of the instalment. This was agreed upon and sorted. The construction company finished off their contract and i was at home. Cell and the rest of my other accounts fell further into arrears. I then got a job 10 Aug 2012 and paid the balance of the account. Monday 24 June 2013 my wife gets an SMS to her new number that i owe Cell C - R700 odd.

I Lost the proof that i paid the balance but on my credit record it shows P (Paid Up). I will be if i have to pay again. To top it off it i paid for a phone that no longer had as it was / lost it and when i disputed the fact that the phone was insured they denied it and said there was no cover on the phone... Really a service.
