I made a cash payment towards my account at this branch on 01/09/2013 @ 17:39. It was established a week later, that payment was incorrectly captured for R20.00 instead of R200.00, when the accounts department called to advise that the account is overdue. I made numerous calls and was advised by Sipho that the lady who receipted the monies was in the habit of making errors and once rectified I will be contacted. That was on 15/10/2013. To date I am still awaiting a call. That department is never available to answer a call nor are calls returned. I essentially then made a trip from Bluff Durban to Gateway Umhlanga, to pay a mere R20.00 on my account (according to Edgars) and now yet again have to waste even more time and money to have their error rectified!!!
