I took my Apple Iphone4S in for repair under guarantee on the 5/10/2013 with the lock button stuck. The staff at Canal Walk were helpful and advised us of what to remove from the cell phone before booking it in (sim Card, cover etc.). 19 days later and the phone was back from Johannesburg and was ready for collection. 19 days without a phone which I am paying for and no loan phones available. I arrived at the store to collect about 2 hours ago only to be told that the phone was not repaired as the follow me feature was on and I need to switch it off before it can be repaired. This can be done remotely so this is an absolute waste of time and pathetic service. My guarantee has just expired and apparently this could now be chargeable. This is clearly stalling tactics by Cell C and Cell C's way of money and not honouring the guarantee.
