I have been a member of Legal Wise Platinum for almost three years and have a case handled by them. They got me an attorney in the year 2011 and I was told that the case would take roughly 6 months but it took over 2 years and still ongoing and in these 2 years, Legal Wise Platinum has never contacted me to update me on the progress of the case and when I call them, I get told that whenever the clients don't call, they assume they are happy. I was also told that if you join Legal Wise Platinum you get the best attorneys but the attorney was the worst one could ever think of because out of the 2 years he is been dealing with my case, maybe he called twice and whenever you call to find out or setup an appointment, he was not available yet legal wise claims they provide the best attorneys. Recently, I enquired about the status with the attorney and the claims dept but Lethe guy handling my case from Legal Wise (Warren) expects me to feedback to the attorney the info they need to proceed with the case and always promises to feedback to me but never do so. I also emailed them indicating my concerns but as expected, no feedback was relayed. Is that really what we pay for?
