HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO GET THE LEGAL DEPT NUMBER

For the past two days I've been trying to sort out my account with MBD CREDIT SOLUTIONS. Phoned yesterday and someone would have phoned me back - guess they lost the number. Today phoned again - got every customer care number - still waiting for the legal dept no. PHONED THE LEGAL DEPT OR SO THEY SAY AND THE PERSON IS NOT AVAILABLE. Eventually got a kind soul to take my number for someone from the legal dept to phone me - still waiting. Want to settle my account and need to know who to pay and what amount. Is that asking too much.
