Starting a new business I went to Telkom for a landlines and internet package. A week later Mrs Lydia Odendal contacted me and came to our premises, after explaining to her what we want she promised to have a quotation before end of day. Another week later after having no joy contacting her on both lines on her business card I finally got hold of her (I think she forgot about it) and phoned me back with the quotation 10 min later, After giving her the go ahead and told her how we unhappy we were with her service she came to our premises and we signed up 26/10/2013, We were promised a reference number for payment and have not received anything yet. With Signage on our building and no contact details it is impossible for us to open shop after explain to that we wanted to open 01/11/2013 its been 4 weeks and we don't have a reference number for our phone lines yet, I tried to get hold of her manager but he is also unavailable, now we need to postpone our opening day due to bad service from Telkom. This is a very serious matter because my staff expects to be paid
