Last Friday 26th October I reported on-line that my phone line wasn't working. I received an acknowledgement, but since then no further action has been taken by Telkom. The ticket is still open and I still have no service. It doesn't seem to matter how much criticism this lousy company generates through it's inability or unwillingness to improve its performance, it carries on regardless with its meaningless platitudes and incompetent management. It is now punting its "new" convergence policy, when it can't even manage the basics of supplying an efficient sustainable basic telephone service. What a dog and pony show they are.
I believe they, backed by totally inept governmental control, are one of the prime reasons that we are fast becoming a banana republic. It's a disgrace.
