I have been having consistently bad internet performance on a very expensive 4Mb line that I pay telkom monthly for. They refuse to take any accountability for this poor performance and try to hand the problem over to my ISP... the days of being held hostage by Telkom need to come to an end. they are holding back our countries technological advancements by not doing their jobs well. I cant wait for the day that Telkom dies away and we introduce other more efficient organisations into our country to help us improve our ability to electronically communicate with the International market.
