Shocking service

Purchased a Tablet and Laptop on contract, with the WI FI connection. They have no problem in the monthly costs to be paid, but when it comes to service and techinical knowledge its scary.
My WI FI connection stopped working on the 8th October 2013. I have been into the branch at Lakeside on 6 occasions, each visit approx 1 hour, the staff argue about Sim cards, sim swap, pin no's, the WIFI is working, JOKE
and so the delema goes on. It is now the 31stOctober 2013 and I still have no connection. Going to give it another bash today and see how rude or how useless the staff are including the one manager, who in turn had the worst attitude. Even had to go upstairs to the tecnical department who condemmed what the down stairs staff had processed.
