I am furious! I will take this as far as I can!!!

My wife and I applied for a samsung note 3 top up contract at the mtn cresta store. When my sister collected the phone, it was the incorrect one and the contract was on an open line instead of top up. She then went today to get it sorted and was told that the lines were down and that she has to come back on friday! We have been trying to get a hold of benedict the entire day, but to no avail. I want the correct phone and package and I want it tomorrow!!! Can no other store assist???
