Would just like to let everyone know how pathetic MTN is. I am supposed to upgrade according to 808, but when you speak to consultant they say things have changed now. MTN doesnt even let their customers know what is going on. So tonight i am going to take my sim card to the Boksburg store and give it back. Not going to pay for service. I DO NOT WANT TO BE A MTN CUSTOMER ANYMORE.
