Selling Sim Cards to Customers Fraudulantely

On friday 14-06-2013, while shopping at shoprite checkers midrand-the boulders shopping centre, an MTN Consultant by the name of Njabulo Mafu approached me and sold me an mtn mahala sim card. As per Njabulo the sim card will give me free data on conditions that i recharge every month and will no longer have to purchase BIS service as mtn were losing lot of customers and this new sim card is a way to gain back their customers. The terms and conditions for the sim card was that i recharge with R60, which i gave it to him and he transfered airtime on the new sim-card. As i am already an mtn customer he promised to do a sim swap for me within 2 days. That has not happened and as per mtn customer service helpline (173), the information i got from Njabulo is incorrect. This is a case as Njabulo is busy crooking lot of customers at shoprite. Is this the new way of doing things at MTN? I want my R60 back and can take back the new sim as i dont need it! I am so dissapointed at MTN and i want to take things further... I cant believe that MTN would be that desperate to that level and even their own customers to get more money from them.
