About 2 years ago i cancelled my vodacom contract due to the bad signal, they even send an Indian guy from Durban to come and check the drop lines and Vodacom willingly cancelled my contract. Unfortunately my wife and 2 kids are still with them and the frustrations in this house is unbearable, my sister in law in Bethlehem took a 2 year contract without knowing the situation on our small holding (it was given to us as a present) what a lot of is going on at vodacom, their signal was never as bad as now. I personally say they from us, it is nothing but the truth. That is why they florish as they do, they take your money but you havent got the service, it is a blatant shame to rob customers like that, there must be something that they can do to rectify the problem but refuse to do so because the bosses live in luxury and getting richer by more and more. I hate their ignorance and something just say to me they just wipe their of all the thousands of complaints..High time the corrupt government ref them up
