Hi,
I upgraded my MTN contract on the 9th August and got a new phone (Samsumg Galaxy S4) on the MTN 750 package, which entitled me to 750MB of Data, R750 of airtime and so...
This is 3 months after and:
1. I am still paying for Blackberry Subscription which I had before my upgrade.
2. I do not get my 750 MB of data, instead I get billed for out of bundle rate.
I have tried all possible means to get MTN to rectify this without success.
What I want is:
1. My bill to rectified to August 2013
2. Unnecessary charges to stop
3. My package entitlement to be given to me.
The problem is no one cares to respond!
