I am extremely unhappy about the service I received from Cell C. My contact has expired in the beginning of September 2013 and I have sent the notice (ref: 3080202667) a month at the beginning of August 2013 to Cell C to cancel my contract once it expired. I have made numerous call to customer service dept as well as cancellations who advised me that my contract has been cancelled. I have been debited every month thereafter and to my amazement been debited an amount of R398.00. I phone Cell C and was put thru various departments. All they could tell me was that it was a billing error and that they are logging a call with reference 801464609026 and that I will only get my money after 14 days. When I send a cancellation request I expect Cell C to carry out my instruction and not make excuses that it is another departments fault.
