My contract expired in August 2012, i've call cell c & e-mailed to cancell the contract sincce october till February 2013 i've been trying to do one and the same thing without any success. i've call their customer number, the consultants gave me numberous reference number, please see: 2102203287, 10/01/2013, 3011000817, 3011500030236, 3011702965, 3020702795, i even went in store in Alberton twice to camplain, they e-mail them my cancellation, but nothing happend, every month they are debiting R182 in my account, i need them to refund all my money, and it's not fair to me as i dont have any contract with them, please Peter assist me as Cell c is not prepare to solve this, their service its really bad, if they treat their customers like this i don't think i will ever recommed any one to use Cell C.
