I'm still in awesome wonder at the ay this Mpho Mokoena from Vodacom dealt with me over the phone. Beside assisting me with what I needed my greatest amazement is in the manner he communeted with me, his telephone etiquette, keeping me involved even as he was waiting for feedback of the query. There was not even one time for dead air, the guy kept saying I'm still with you sd he was going through the query. What can I say, I'm sooo impressed with this gentleman I out of words. To Mpho, brother keep doing what you are doing. As customers our greatest joy is when somebody can relate to us in a way that leaves us feeling valued, wanted and appreciated.
