No Telephone Etiquette

I called 0219142910 today at about 14h25.

I was first transfered twice to different people without being told that I was being transferred. Then on the 3rd transfer the person on the other end said 'Hello'. Very unprofessional, shouting & and definitely not addressing a client. You'd swear he was in a club shouting on the phone to one of his friends.
His manner of speaking to a client on the phone is absolutely shocking. I could not believe that I called Vodacom Tygervalley and received this service.
I gave him my job number 9335235 and he told me that my phone was at the AR centre. I enquired as to when i would get feedback as i was told 2 working days when i handed in my phone. He shouted, '2 days', '2days'. I had to ask him to tone down as I was not deaf. He then went on to say that it would take 2 weeks. Thats all the reply i needed. Not bad attitude, not bad manners and definitely not the very bad telephone etiquette.
Please send Sebastian on some sort of training.

This is highly unacceptable service.
