Timely response and willingness to assist

I just want to recommend Mpho the call centre agent i dealt with when i wanted to review my cover, she has lovely telephone etiquette and responds quickly. also Miway for putting customers first. I phoned to review my insurance as I had received a better premium than what I was paying them and she helped review it in less that 24hrs and tried to match it as best as she could. So thank you so much. What I received was not just call centre efficiency but also timely feedback and on the whole good customer service.

So keep it up Miway :)
