To cut a very long story short - Sleep Active have agreed to replace my mattress and apparently have passed my details onto their factory.
This was communicated to me via email on the 16th of April 2013.
On the 23rd of April I followed up via email to query why I had not heard from the Sleep Active factory. I received a response from head office on the 23rd of April saying they would look into it.
Today is the 9th of May 2013 and still no contact from the Sleep Active factory or head office.
Why do I need to repeatedly chase Sleep Active to honour their commitments?
What more needs to happen before this will be resolved?
