On 17 March I received a response to my previous complaint about MTN not willing to repair my phone even though I have provided them with the relevant documentation stating that my warranty is still valid. I have not heard anything further. MTN HVRC still refuse to acknowledge my proof of warranty and still refuse to repair my phone.
I am now strongly considering taking this a step further and opening a legal case against MTN for breach of contract as well as falsification of documents (since they say that my proof is void) as well as. I am also considering taking my story to the Carte Blanche TV Documentary directors.
I feel that it has been too long going back and fourth with what is now the eighth different consultant that has refused to acknowledge my documentation. I need to get in touch with the MTN legal team. Also, if a consultant responds to this email, please provide me with your contact details so I will be able to send you all my documents. I cannot have my phone sitting at HVRC any longer. I need it urgently. Please. I really need it.
