I received an sms from mtn informing me that i am entitled to an upgrade. So on friday i went to clearwater mall to do my upgrade. I chose to upgrade to the anytime350 package. I was told it would be a seamless excercise. But is has now been two days and i have no network access. I went from being on the mtn network to not being on the mtn network. How is this possible? Is it that difficult for BEE staff to do their jobs properly?
