In my last report (a few days ago), I was complaining about the terrible quality of the network.
However, this was due to an ongoing upgrade subscribers were not informed about.
Since yesterday, as promised by Cell C representatives who addressed my complaint, the network has improved considerably although I still get 3-4 of 5 bars at work (waverly) and at home (ferndale, randburg).
Overall, I must say the speed has greatly improved from almost 0 to 7/10.
Well done Cell C!!!
My question is: what can normal Cell C subscribers like myself expect from this network upgrade?
