Insurance cancellation

I requested to have my insurance cancelled from my contact on the 24th of September at the Sandton city branch and I was told this was done. I followed up two weeks later by calling the call centre only to be told this insurance is still active. Finally i called the insurance department and spoke to Gillian who was most helpful and took her time to assist me with the cancellation. i dare say that Nashua mobile should hire more people like Gillian as she is a great asset to the company and has helped on more than one occasion.
I was billed once more this month for the insurance premium of R180 and i feel this is extremely unfair because it should have been cancelled upon the initial request. To make matters worse, I went in to the Sandton city branch to query the billing and spoke to Puleng only to be treated like a criminal and a. The consultant spoke to me in a very condescending tone and was implying that I was lying about having come into the store and cancelling the insurance as there was no record on the system. The fact that there is no record of the cancellation on the 24th of September is a testament to their incompetence. I expect this sorted and my account credited
