Airtime disappearance!!!

I was topped up with R1200's worth of airtime on 22 October 2013. When trying to make a call on the 25th I was informed that my airtime is exhausted!! Impossible!! I phone 808 and was referred to the technical department who referred me back again to 808 again and again to no avail. No-one could give me any reason as to what could have gone wrong. I do not use my phone for internet and do not subscribe to anything. Out of desperation I loaded R180 and R400 again on the morning of 26 October. My call was cut during the first call I tried to make with the exact same problem saying my airtime is exhausted!!! Impossible!! I drove to the nearest MTN and Fikile in PMBurg tried to assist but could also not get any answers and lodged a complaint on my behalf. I have not been contacted as yet and need my phone for personal and business purposes. Currentlly I am too afraid to use either my phone or sim and demand full refund of R1780 for my " airtime" as well as a report as to what could have happened.
