I submitted a request to have my uncapped bundle cancelled and my line management returned to Telkom.
I received a response from Shanee Moodlay (23 Oct), but the response was completely unrelated to my initial query. It was not even for the same line number. I replied twice to Shanee explaining this and asked for some feedback on the status of my query. After two days of not hearing anything, i called in and was promised by one of the people at the office that i would get a call back from Shanee. I am still waiting for a response...
Please will somebody sort out my issue as it was rather urgent at the time.
