My first of many phone calls to customer serv was a month prior to my contract expiring. I wanted to know when I had to give notice to stop the contract and what I needing to have (by that time I SHOULD have been notified of all steps and possible choices.) The response-extremely Unenthusiastic people who spoke poorly and inaudibly and was rude in responses. Eventually they told me the date and I need to go to my nearest branch with ID to physically sigh a "cancellation" paper and all will be settled. I booked that entire day to drive to my nearest branch, where I waited ten minutes for the staff to stop chatting before they would help me. They took a look and told me to return in another months time and also to pay for the extra month (25th installment?). I then went to a 2nd branch manager who said an extra months payment is a lie & let me sign the papers. A month &1/2 later they harass me with calls (missed calls as I do not use the number anymore) and still try to take money and threaten me with legal action because I blocked them from further deductions from my bank acc. A simple contract cancellation have now resulted in a disgusting waste of my time and money! Bully's & Liars!
