AUTOPAGE UNWILLING TO HELP WITH PROBLEM

After months of on average R 2000 per month OVER my soft bar limit function of R 100 maximum, that I am paying for, I took out the sim card and removed the battery from my phone for a whole month. The GPRS service was still running for that month. I have reported the problem via internet, phoned twice, the last ref. is A130920588 and Have not received feedback as yet. If fact the problem got worst last month with R3900 OVER the softbar limit of R100. Please HELP!
