On the 17th October 2013 I send an email to Cell C Customer Service for a phone. Up to now there did not give back an ITC number for Insurance Claim. I spoke to Morne today and I re -fax everything including my affidavit up to now I haven't received the acknowledgement of fax. I need them to send the number via I am scared that 30 days will pass and I won't be able to claim back my phone.
