On the 25th of September got an sms that an amount of R1061 has been debited from my account. Called 808 several times but was not helped. On the 15th of October got an email that they won't refund me because I've used my Moderm simcard to make calls. I called one of the numbers in the email to find out who that number belongs to, the lady said she's from Brits and we don't know each other. Then again on the 25th of October an amount of R1926 was debited from my account. I never made calls, I've got a cellphone contract with mtn, a prepaid cellphone plus a telkom line which I use to make calls.
