The internet service only works for 5 minutes before being interrupted. I have reset the router every time the connection goes down. I have had about 3 hours of internet access the whole day, and this was not the first time this have happened. When a complaint is lodged, Mweb always blames Telkom. I'm fed up with Mweb's services and how the customer means nothing to them. I'm considering changing service providers.
