Sim card registration failed

I bought an 8ta sim card on 27/10/2013 and rica'd it at the same store. after hours it is still saying sim card registration failed. my sim nr 89270200110015055427 i really need this problem solved asap. I have posted on 8ta website but no one from 8ta has made contact with me as of yet and i am very unhappy about this.
