Promotions with no flexibility

I have taken up a promotion with Yello Mobile (September/October 2012) for a 2gig Data Card and I would receive as part of the package receive a laptop. The consultant failed to advise me that the 2gig is uncapped and that the price that was quoted (R289 pm) will be much more if the 2Gig is exceeded. NO WARNING is provided and we were "blissfully" unaware. Received a nice shock with the first debit order. Contacted them again but they cannot assist me over the phone - have to go to a MTN branch to do a block (havent wasted my time just tried to manage my usage. The call centre agent tried to explain an alternative process which didnt make any sense (it involved accessin the MTN site and load limits, still have to obtain migration forms from an MTN office). I didnt yet have the time follow this option. I phoned MTN this morning to ask if I can migrate to an uncapped package - and was told that I cannot do it because it was a promotion. I was not informed of all the limitations that exists with this contact and would appreciate a cancellation of the contract - I will return all items - and then I will be in a position to take up the contract that I want.
