It is now one month after my first complaint, my claim was passed on to MTN billing department and nothing has happend since, no proof of why my money was debited from my account... Sweet Nothing. Every person iv spoken to that has delt with MTN always walk away with a long face and WIN (MTN) and LOSE (CUSTOMER) situation... they have taken my money but no reason as to why this has happend and no one gives a flying from their part
