Data issue unresolved. Billing straight off a/time

Hi all,

I noticed after two months or so of having the new Blackberry Q10 that my data bundle (from a topup contract) is not registering. I checked and it has been loaded as an Iphone bundle. Therefore I have spent a considerable amount of money on airtime, even loading what has accumulated to 1.2gigs of data from Internet banking. The Constantia Branch has been amazing in trying for close on two weeks to resolve this!! I am spending R50 a day on airtime!!!

I am now sick and tired, as in the branch the agents cannot resolve this matter and I keep spending my own funds for their mistake of loading the wrong bundle. All I expect is my 12gigs to be activated and have the normal bundles monthly. Also, as it is fair, to have my account debited to the monetary amount equal to 250megs not credited monthly.

How hard can this be?? We called them many times and they keep running around the problem with customer service tricks to find loops in my argument. If you check my account you will see the 1.2gigs (loaded as increments of 100, 300, 300 etc).

Come on MTN, I have been a customer for over 15 years. YOU CAN DO BETTER.
