On Sunday 6 October 2013 a faulty cellular phone/device was handed in at the MTN Store - Century Boulevard, Century City. The consultant told me that I should get an answer during the forthcoming week. That week of 7th-12th October I did not receive any notification wrt the repairs. Another week passed and still no notification. On Fri 18 October the Collection Call Centre was approached. The Operator said that the Technical Call Centre must be contacted. Did that and was told that the now repaired cellular phone/device was sent to the Century City store on Friday 11 October. On Sunday 20 October I collected the device and told the consultant that I wish to lodge a complaint. I was told that the manager on duty, Shihaam was not available and that I will be contacted before the store closes at 2.00pm on that day. Although I gave the consultant my contact details, up to now I was not contacted by Shihaam. This is not the first time that I was not informed to collect a device. In June of this year I had a similar experience.
