To cut a long story short, 4 months later after I've dealt with several agents, I eventually spoke to Nadine Grant "Manager" on 09/10/13 to resolve my query and she PROMISED to give feedback by end of business... to date, I'm STILL WAITING!!! I'm practically begging Nashua to render a service to me and resolve my query.
Their call center greeting promotes "Customer Experience" and yet a manager cannot keep a promise, how do you expect the rest of the agents/organization to keep their word and to treat their customers fairly - it now makes perfect sense the arrogant treatment I've experienced from all the people I've interacted with.
It is apparent that Nashua doesn't care about their customers and it's appalling that a manager cannot
keep a promise...
