I called Vodacom to tell how to go about settling my account and they tell me that my account have been handed over to VVM for collection but the thing is I am prepared to pay the amount owed to them not the amount set out by some hungry firm to milk me of my hard earned money. There should be a consensus between a service provider and a client when a client is willing to pay and settle the account. I am willing and ready to pay the whole amount I know I owe them.
