Mobimoola claims I have agreed for them to deduct from my bank account a sum of R245.00 and R90.00 monthly for services of which I know nothing about. I tried several times to contact them to no avail and now my bank is charging me monthly fee to reverse the debit order of which they shouldn't be doing. I feel its not fair for them to just have access to anyone's bank account without any consent. And the call centre cannot give any information towards the account they say I should write them a letter for cancellation and what about the cost Ive incurred towards the mishap/damage they cost me.
