On 25-02-2013 my husband, GHR Cooper, upgraded our cellphone contracts, nrs 0814261717 and 0814261647. the lady told us no extra fees is applicable and we also signed the contract which i have the copy of, where nothing at all was mentioned about migration fees, which also is of a lot, R800, and also wireless activation fee R400. no mentioning of this was done, as my husband and me was there as witness and we then get the invoice of R1223.50 payable, we tried with 8ta sorting this out but according to the call centre there was no fault!!! my husband refuses to pay that exuberant amount, we dont even get that much airtime as she stated and R600 once off fee for one phone?!!!
