WORST SERVICE AND BAD PHONE

Hi there, I am super disgusted with the service i received from vodacom. as a loyal customer for many years I wish to cancel my contract because I feel used. I have recently signed a phone contract with the co. (in June) 1. I was misinformed with the contract, 2. The phone has been taken to repairs twice already and still nothing has been done with it, last time they just replaced the battery. I have overused my resources trying to reach out to someone who will assist with me with the matter, but the staff is utterly rude and do not have courtesy to come back to customers as they "promise". I refuse to spend my money to take the phone to the repairs, and wait for another two weeks (3rd time in less than 1, 5months), whereas my account is debited and I have no phone. I am keeping to my end of the agreement (never missed any instalment) however Vodacom is not keeping to theirs. I will no longer accept this phone, either YOU CANCEL MY CONTRACT OR YOU GIVE ME A NEW PHONE. I WANT VALUE FOR MY MONEY NOT THE MAPONYA TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
