After cancelling my contract in January 2013, I have been charged every month for the contract, and am still being charged. I have called the call center 5 times already and no resolution. I even published the complaint here, on... Samantha said someone will be in contact... needless to say I am still waiting. Here is the best part, I am locked into the rest of my contracts so cannot even change providers.
Note to Nashua Mobile: If this is how you do Business and treat customers, we may have to stay with you the rest f our contract period, but after that we are gone and your Business will fail. Because without customers you don't have a Business.
