I am writing this complaint in utter desperation ti get Telkom Mobile to respond to my 100 calls made from May 2013, i am totally frustrated i have been paying and paying and no on seems to be comsing back to me regadring my billing. I have spoken to 20 clueless agents and 2 cluelesss team leaders, I am at a loss and now i am waoiting for feedback from a manager.
